October 2009 - Anne goes off to the flyball Nationals 2009 in Sydney. The team did well winning their division. Anne set up a Livestream video telecast for the weekend over the internet.

Sept 5-6th -  I set up the ring with Anne, Edna and Craig on the friday, a lot of work.

Another 2 day competition with all 3 of our dogs competing together, but for the last time . Arlies last comp as she is now retired from all dog sports due to her age, arthritis, etc.

Talin was put in the top team with Delta, the team won all their races and won the Champions Trophy.

Team two lost Zaq late on sat afternoon with illness leaving Arlie to run in every race. By the last race on sunday, it was all too much for her and knocked a jump down in warm up and the judge dissqualified her.

Unfortuneatly we only had 3 dogs left leaving the team "un-competitive" and didn't place or get any prizes.

August 2009- Pine Rivers Show flyball  . Talin was in team two and we had a great win 7 races to 1 . Delta wasen't entered in this comp due to her illness of collapses at training nights. Arlie was in a couple of singles races, but getting too old and hot for team racing.  It was a great day, and very enjoyable. Our regular team of Talin, Cinda, Inca were forming a great bond. Just missing Allana & Banjo to complete the group.

July 25 -  For the first, all 3 of our dogs are competing in the same flyball competition.

I was hopeing Arlie got her 5 pionts up to get her first title and complete titles in all her sports that she has done. Delta was with Anne in team one, Talin in team2 and Arlie in team 3 with me. Team one came first, team two came first and raced against each in the Champions Trophy which team one ( Awesome Pawsome One ) won.

June 28 -  Gold Coast Pet expo flyball comp, Anne is entered in team one with Delta, Talin has healed well and I entered him and Arlie into singles & pairs demo comp. This was a 2-day competition, we set up ring on friday with some media coverage from local tv station and newspaper.

Cinda got into the first team and did well, they won every race except the first. Team one got into the champions trophy against AP2 which is team 2. Awesome Pawsome Two won the champions trophy and they were very happy.

June 13 - I enter Arlie in "jumpin in June " flyball comp as a warm-up dog. Next week she turns 11 years old, and her flyball days are almost over. She got to run in a few heats but didn't do very well, she did finish the day with some complete runs giving her a point.

June 2009-Talin gets a lump removed from his back, a week later the wound opens up and has to go to emergency centre for another operation to be restitched, another 2 weeks of limited exercise, which caused him to miss the next 2 flyball comps. I was annoyed.

May 2009- Talin competes in his very first flyball competition, " Million Paws Walk" comp at St Lucia . His best friend Cinda the cattle dog owned by Edna competes as well for the first time. Both dogs did very well, Talin got enough points for his first title FD ( flyball dog ), I was very proud of him.Anne did well with Delta in team one, winning the division and the champions trophy.
