Can my dog use boarding if they are in daycare?
Yes, members of our daycare are more than welcome to boarding if you need to travel out of town. We will have them play in daycare during the day, and then stay in the boarding section during the night. Visit this page for more info: https://www.pawplay.com/service/boarding-service/
Does my dog need to be potty trained?
For daycare, we do require that all of our member dogs are potty trained. This is for the health and safety of all the other dogs. We have an outside area for dogs to use the bathroom, and they visit it approximately every 2 hours.
For boarding, we do not require that dogs be potty trained, but there is a $20/day extra cleaning fee for any dog that is not potty trained.
Can both of my dogs stay in one kennel?
We can put your dogs beside each other in our kennels, which are transparent so that the dogs can see each other. However, we do not put multiple dogs in one kennel. The main reason for this is that the food and water bowls inevitably get knocked over, and then we have two dogs without water. So for the safety of the dogs, we have put a limit of one dog per kennel.
